Andre Maarten Valkenburg, CEO of PAYVISION, filed a preliminary injunction against our table of financial service providers, also showing his name. Although we demonstrated to the court ample proof that the high-risk business of PAYVISION was going on even after BOOKER and his colleagues left the company, the court granted the preliminary injunction as of today.
The judge argued that as long as no one of these business partners of PAYVISION (when Andre Maarten VALKENBURG was CEO) was provenly convicted by the court, we can not argue that Andre Maarten VALKENBURG continued to work with criminals. We do not agree with these arguments, but adhere to the court order and eliminate the name of Andre Maarten Valkenburg from the list. We will keep you updated.
