He is able to get a loan since he can use the bank’s funds.
However, the bank’s cash withdrawals will have a negative impact on investors in Russian Standard Bank’s defaulted bonds. The Central Bank does nothing as the businessman’s debts continue to mount. This is further evidence that the people supporting Rustam Tariko are not average and are instead highly influential.
