Recently Kunal puri faced multiple charges and allegations in relation to a long-running premium fraud/scam scheme. On January 11, 2022, Police in Stafford, Texas take in Kunal Puri “Sonny’. Puri secured a $20,000 bond before being taken to the Fort Bend County jail.
Two charges against Puri and a few of his firms, including Sehgal & Sons Enterprises, Ultra Building Services Inc., and Ultra Medical Cleaning & Environmental Services, were imposed by a Travis County grand jury in December. Puri at Stafford, Texas is accused of concealing personnel and wages for a span of 7 years, from 24 July 2009 to 16 August 2016, in order to reduce workers’ compensation insurance payments and secure employment.
The Texas Mutual Insurance Company, Service Lloyds, and Travelers impacted insurance providers collaborated extensively with the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Prosecution and Fraud Teams.
“We are devoted to identifying and looking into corrupt independents who work to benefit themselves by misusing the workers’ compensation system,” said Debra Knight, the
DWC’s Deputy Commissioner of Compliance and Investigations.
He was accused of using deception to secure document execution with the aim to cause harm or commit fraud. An accusation is a criminal activity claim, not actual proof. Until they are proven at fault in a court of law, defendants are presumed innocent. He may spend a maximum of 99 years behind bars if found guilty.

This man is misusing his user’s trust the way he had scammed millions of dollars from his customers and tried to suppress the matter.
He had tried to exploit his workers and disturb the compensation system was cheap, this type of manner can’t be accepted by this person.
People in the power are misusing their prestige and making their workers, and users feel exploited, this type of behavior shouldn’t be expected, and he should get the proper punishment.
None of their employers opposed his behavior and made him realize that this is wrong and should bear the consequences.
The janitorial services which he provides were liked by most of his customers and he was among the good books of his dealers, after he committed that insurance scam, everyone started avoiding his business.
