Complaint filed against The Heights Real Estate Company
One of the clients told us that he rented a space at the Heights Real Estate-managed YOHO Artists Lofts in Yonkers where he had a very unpleasant experience. He immediately requested an exit clause of my lease from the property manager. There were lots of reasons why He was unable to continue living there. He concurred and also asked for his deposit back because He couldn’t possibly walk away after harm to my property had been done. Although he promised, he never moved from the form to the door to retrieve my deposit.
He met the new tenant to hand over the keys and warned him before attempting to get my deposit back by contacting Heights Real Estate, but it was rejected. He consistently pleaded with the manager of the artist lofts to uphold his half of the contract (he never responded to emails, but he occasionally managed to catch him on the phone). My debt is $330. he was entitled to more than that. Everyone’s unit receives dirt spilled from the floor above because there was a floor above my unit.
He also told that the apartment shouldn’t need a ceiling addition. Cleaning the air above my apartment is not my responsibility. While He took a break from working, He was unable to keep my supplies out. The exhaust fan above my unit dripped water, but he quickly covered it with a towel. Being rational, He recognized it when He moved in. AFTER that, a fire broke out. During a few months, I spent a lot of time traveling for work and missed a few weeks.
He mailed and called The Heights Real Estate Company several times but nothing worked. He also told that the cleaning job was not done properly. When he asked to pay off his damaged property. The Heights Real Estate Company denied and ignored him. He also asked to clean up the mess but they didn’t answer any of his call or email.
The Bottom Line
The Heights Real Estate Company has bad customer support. They do not do their work properly and are bad at answerings call and email. So, be careful before investing your money in any type of services provided by The Heights Real Estate Company. Beware of such scammers.

What is the problem in responding to the complaints they should respect their customer’s calls and support them with the queries which were created by them only?
Never invest in these companies without searching their past, there are chances of being scammed by these property dealers, The Heights Real Estate has scammed their customers and now they are not responding to their user’s complaints.
They will never respond to your queries, not trustable.
The company is not made for supporting its users but to scam them and in response not respond to their calls and messages. They are always in the mood of promoting themselves as the most successful venture but are scamming their users which is very irritating.
This is the most awkward situation where you are waiting for the other end to respond but the company is avoiding all your complaints.
I was also planning to buy some property but after this review, it would be difficult to trust these dealers.
Before investing your money in any of the companies it is very, important to do some research about the company so that you couldn’t get scammed by the company they are always there to get all your money after providing property that will not be worth the amount you had paid.
The companies are always prepared and searching for investors to scam them with no regret their main business is to get their money.
